Ola Ala - Healthy Lifestyle Program coming in November 2018!

 

In this program, you will embark on a tropical journey with Ola Ala, which means well-being path in Hawaiian, visiting more than 50 of Hawaii's most treasured outdoor attractions and landmarks along the way. As you record your physical activity each day (using an online and/or poster format), you'll experience picture-perfect images and vivid descriptions of the Hawaiian Islands, aiming to obtain at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day, 5 days a week. Program promotion and registration begins in October 2018.
